Audrey
McConnell has received both her
Bachelor of Music degree in piano
performance and Master of Music degree
in vocal performance from the School
of Music at West Chester, Pennsylvania.
She has been active as both vocal
soloist and accompanist in the
Philadelphia, PA; Wilmington, NC; and
the Charlotte, NC area. She has sung
with the Opera Carolina Chorus,
Festival Singers, Oratorio Chamber
Singers, and Cantata Singers. She has
served as a professional accompanist to
a variety of both solo musicians and
choirs. Ms. McConnell is currently
Director of Music and Organist at South Mecklenburg Presbyterian Church in Charlotte and is a singing member with Ethos Consortium.
In addition, she offers private instruction in both piano and voice, and her favorite genre is jazz!
Before becoming Nova Voce's accompanist,
she sang with them in their debut concert.
